The service offered by BBM is always tailor made to the needs and preferences of each client and can range from a ‘consultancy/advisory’ service to a comprehensive management service.
The complete service would normally include, as a minimum:-
- preparing budgets
- demanding service charges/ground rents
- keeping detailed financial records
- liaising and submitting all documentation to accountants
- four planned site visits per year (more by arrangement)
- arranging and placing all relevant insurances
- arranging regular service contracts i.e. gardening, cleaning
- arranging quotes for day to day repairs and renewals
- arranging quotes for major works
- consulting on major works
- overseeing major works
- day to day correspondence with residents and other parties
