The Property Ombudsman

• BBM is a member of the The Property Ombudsman which resolve complaints from consumers about managing agents and other property professionals.
• The Property Ombudsman is independent, meaning that it does not take sides and makes decisions based on the facts. Consumers can use the The Property Ombudsman services free of charge.
• The Property Ombudsman is an alternative to the courts. If, when your complaint has been looked at, you are not happy with the decision of the ombudsman you retain the right to ask the courts to consider the complaint.
